Olive Oil

It has saved my hair time and time again. I got some serious highlights, bright and beautiful. My stylist told me to keep my hair moisturized at all times, even more so than ever before. I began to do more deep conditioning treatments, once or twice a week. I also began to do what LCHF’ers call pre-poo’s, the treatments that you give your hair before you actually shampoo. I then found EVOO-Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Yep, it’s the same kind that you find in your grocery store. I would take a handful and run it right through my dry hair. Then I would add another handful, then another. I would do it until my scalp and each strand of hair, root to tip, was saturated. Then, I would put my hair in a shower cap and let my hair drink all the oil that it could. After a few minutes, hours, or overnight (depending on how much time I could spare), I’d wash it out, shampoo and condition, then go on with my regular hair care ways. Definitely give it a try. Your hair will be softer and more quenched than ever before!

That seems so nutritious for your hair! Does it leave an odor?

It doesn’t really have an odor, well it does but nothing noticable.

Try a ripe avocado. A tad messy but it leaves your hair really nourished and shiny. Its also great as a face mask.
