Make Up For Ever High Definition Foundation and Powder

It’s due time that I present the Make Up For Ever HD products. I tried these in May at The Make Up Show, I know you all remember that story! Anywho, I have my new camera, and had to demonstrate exactly how to use it! I might have to say, honestly, this might be my all time favorite foundation. That is a big statement for me to make, but it’s true! From what I have observed, any skin type can wear this foundation. I’m an oily girl, so that means I need to prep my skin! It’s a MUST! It’s gross looking like a grease ball, so after I apply my moisturizer, I use Make Up For Ever All Mat. This helps prevent oil and keeps my skin matte for hours! They also make 7 HD primers that combat all kinds of issues, including redness, dullness, ashiness and dullness to name a few. There is also a colorless primer, just to add a luminous glow.

In the video, I applied two pumps of HD Invisible Cover Foundation for a soft yet flawless coverage. I used number 875, which was the perfect balance of warm and cool tones for my skin. Curious about what shade you are?? Check out the shade finder and see which model you most resemble! I used a kabuki brush for super soft coverage, but any type of foundation brush will do. Lastly, I applied the super amazing, white as flour (yet invisbible) HD Powder. It’s almost like applying baked silk to your face!!! It sets the foundation without matting it, so if you want a fresh-faced appearance, here’s your answer! You can use the powder alone, or over any other foundation or tinted moisturizer that you may have. They even created a special kabuki brush just for the powder, it’s so soft I could have sworn it was mink!! One thing that I would also like to try is Duo Mat Powder Foundation. This product is perfect for touch up’s throughout the day, especially on those oily areas. MUFE has tons and tons of products available, and many of them are available on Sephora.com.

    Hey Erin, I tried this at Sephora and may just buy it before Studio Tech. On here and your Sea & Sky Videos you state using foundation #875, but at Sephora it only goes up to 185. I'm hoping you meant your foundation is 175? Or do you get it custom made for your skin off MUFE?

    I just recently fell back in love with makeup after a field trip to Sephora last week! Sephora is my playground! I always run around trying any and everything on when I go there. I also discovered make up forever while there and I will be purchasing some as soon as I get my money right! lol!
