Matte eyeshadows are a classic piece of anyone’s makeup collection. They look perfect on everyone, and they never go out of style. Last September, my Halloween look was very neutral, in a go to the office but look glam kind of way. It’s funny, when I created the video, I stated that the look was a bit boring for me, but now it’s almost all I wear!
