Black Opal Launches New Foundation Shade: Rich Caramel

Great news! Black Opal has added a new color to their roster! The new shade is called Rich Caramel, and it falls between Honoluly Honey and Truly Topaz.

    This has to be for me, those are my exact sentiments about Heavenly Honey (too light) and Truly Topaz (a tad too dark but doable)!!! I am ordering it ASAP! I was nearing the end of my Truly Topaz and was about to go online to order and saw your post first!! Thanks!!

    I’ve only tried Black Opal once, and it was an emergency!  I left my concealer home and REFUSED to buy a new one from MAC, so I ran to the drug store and bought their concealer lipstick and hoped for the best!  It ended up being one of the best concealers I’ve ever tried, I was so impressed!  So I’ll give this a shot!  I don’t really wear foundation, except for special occasions, but I’d give this a shot!

    I think it is in between Khalari Sand and Heavenly Honey. To me, rich caramel is lighter than HH. Truly Topaz has a definite olive cast but is the go-to color for NC 45ers. Personally, I use a mix of HH and Nutmeg. Looks just like my perfect shade.
